Breakfast is served each morning in the Sala between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. If you have early plans, coffee and pastries are available in the Hospitality Room starting at 7:00 AM. Guests can select their preferences in advance, and we’ll have everything ready at your chosen time.

The Hospitality Room offers locally roasted coffee, Nespresso, and a selection of pastries each morning, including muffins, scones, and croissants. It’s a comfortable space to relax, read, or enjoy a quiet start to the day.

What’s Served?
Each morning begins with house-made granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, and juice. A rotating menu offers a choice of sweet or savory breakfast options, such as:
- Specialty Pancakes Including: Pumpkin Walnut, Blueberry, Banana Nut and Caramel Apple Ring and Lemon Ricotta
- Specialty Waffles Include: Mango & Roasted Pineapple . . . and . . . Bacon, Cheddar & Chive
- Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich with Fried Egg, Caramelized Onions and Roasted Tomatoes
- Fresh Seasonal Vegetable Quiche, Roasted Mushroom and Blue Cheese Fritatta, or Chorizo Breakfast Quesadilla
- Roasted Tomato and Caramelized Onion Omelette. Chorizo Toast with Fried Eggs and Sweet Potato Hash with Mushrooms & Caramelized Onions
- Smoked Salmon with Chive Cream Cheese on Fresh Baked Bagel with Chive Potatoes
