Featuring cocktails and Mexican wines
Located on the first floor behind wrought iron doors, Casa del Sol Inn’s intimate wine bar is a welcoming space to enjoy Mexican wines, cocktails, and conversation. Wines are curated by local sommelier Ceci Rodriguez, and the bar also serves margaritas and handcrafted cocktails, including the Jalisco Cadillac Margarita.
Open to guests and the public Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, it’s an easy place to gather before dinner or spend a relaxed evening at the inn.
The space: Guests can sit at the bar, gather at window seating, or take a bottle to one of the miradors for sunset views.
Local artwork, textiles, and handcrafted details create a comfortable, relaxed setting throughout the space.
Premium Wine Pairings & Events: We frequently host an evening of international wine pairing presented by wine makers, distributors, or our sommelier. Meet the Artists events are another favorite here at Casa del Sol. On Sunday mornings, Brunch is served. Our wine bar and the adjacent Sala are also the perfect setting for a private party.
